| Message text i think most people are aware of my opinion on "exiting honourably"
in my opinion...exiting the board when there are enemies still present is equivalent to being shot down...call it forced down...forced to flee... whatever...the victory goes to the other side
its part of the rules however so we have to live with it...though just because we game it that way doesnt mean it happened
Jo obviously fought well...shooting down one enemy aircraft after a long fight and retreated in the face of some pretty long odds...i dont think anyone has a right to carp about that...unless, Wetty, you were hoping to pick up a cheap kill...
in a real world situation...he is out of the war... after being forced down behind the enemy line...so he will have a lot to talk about in the POW camp
in the gaming world...he has the kill and the points
so he has the win...
get over it and begin the next game
