The S.E. 5 had a top mount lewis on some models.
What about the Austrian Phoenix or Berg ? Seems like one could look at the planes from Yaquinto's Wings to work out the maneuver schedule.
In the original board game the SE5a had that Lewis gun. The problem it presented the pilot was in had ammo magazines that would run dry and then have to be reloaded. (In that game also, the Bristol had TWIN Lewis' for the observer to hose you with - that was fun!)
