On move 3 the Obs fired at the D7 for one point . On turn the Obs fired again at him, but that didn't show on the "fire resolution" portion. I don't understand. Thanks in advance for the help. Bombadil
Glad to help. This isn't a bug. Take a closer look at the Combat Chart. When firing at a range of 3 hexes there is no bonus for "Fired at target last turn."
