For several turns, the movement allowance in all attitudes to the wind is a big fat "0".

The "ship" has no crew or rigging loss.

As you can see from the tactical situation, this is a critical restriction removing both Triton and HIP from my arsenal.

What does this mean?

Plague?
Tea-Time?
Union work stoppage?
