Message text in italian Civil Code the loser of a prosecution pay all expenses. In penal code u got to pay your own lawyer, unless I start a "slander" (calunnia) procediment and I win it, asking a refundation.
That mean, by italian law times, more than one year of mind blasting and bad emotional state.
