| | Message text 1st. Did you check with your personal liability insurance if they are not supposed to help you in this case? Because they are going to pay for the damages if by mistake you are found guilty (I guess that a personal liability insurance is mandatory in Italy, as it is in France or in the Netherlands...).
2nd. Did you check with your boss (company)? Since you were working for him at the time of the accident, he is responsible for the damages and not you (although may be your colleagues). Your boss' company should also be insured and have a legal help from the insurance company.
3rd. If none of the above work, and you are still in trouble because your counter attack to the girl fails, then you should attack your boss for not providing you the tools necessary to perform you task safely...
I hope your colleagues are nice enough to support you and assume the truth if you get into trouble...
I hate this US like approach of sueing people for the sake of moeny and not for justice... |
