maybe one little tournment at a time is much better and the idea of dividing it in four groups even better

i could start with four groups as you did and start it with a dancer vs runner scenario.
what would you think about a pfalz3 and se5 ? is it balanced enough?
if there are too many players who want to join,how do you decide who plays? the first who joins ..or what?
