IIRC, there are 2 of each for T & E and 4 for W & F

For each "special" chit there are 1 or 2 specimen, see http://www.youplay.it/play/bm_GameRules.asp


Special chits also inflict much less damage, usually no more than 1 or 2 if I remember correctly, regardless of location/colour. So some times you can deduce that a plane must have suffered special damage because otherwise it would be gliding/downed already.
