Me and Nick are the only programmers here.
Originally I was working mainly to user interface, usability, forum and statistics, and Nick was the one behind the games engine development and database design. Now we both works on (almost) everything. There are programs area where we prefer to work together, and other where one of us has better skill and experience.
The original crew is completed by Fineturno, the VampiRing game creator, and Emerych. They both are long time friends and made a lot in the betatesting, and with lots of proposal and helps.
We even have to thanks the original games authors ( http://www.youplay.it/Play/Games_Credits.Asp ), who gave us the permission to put online their games.
Beside that, there are a lot of people around here giving great help to the site.
Just to name a few, Monkey Hanger and gugliandalf are mantaining the Blue Max scenarios list, imdog keeps a very complete hand made statistics list, Swartz made the Tactical Advice page for Blue Max.
A lot of people contributed even with the planes images. Move your mouse pointer on the planes images on this page ( http://www.youplay.it/play/bm_showAllPlanes.asp ) and you see a lot of players' names, and the Wooden Ship & Iron Men ships were created by Muzza.
Any list here would be incomplete. For example I really can't list here all the beta testers name for the previous version of our games. 
What I like most in this site is the great community that was born here. A lot of people helping other people to learn how to play, and a mainly friendly environment (you can see it taking a look to some random games Users messages box).
All this was to say that it's not too important to know "who is who", because this site is what it is now thanks to all of you.
