| Message text yeah, in reality, I should not have posted that I thought you were a moron in public, although your own childish accusations that i was some clone set me off. If you did any background investigation at all, as you claimed, it was purely half assed at best. I doubt you did any research.
But both our private emails are available, so I should have contacted you directly. Everyone is a tough guy on the internet.
Having read through all of the threads, I now better understand the point you were making, along with some of the other dead horse beaters.
My reaction to you all playing a tired song is not meant to condone cheating. Not at all.
I do think there is a limit to what can be done about this, particulary on a free site. Does this condone cheating or help the cheaters? Well , for some of you self righteous SOBs, who have mulitple accounts yourself, but justify it by saying "you never played in the same game or if you did, you did it not with the intention of improving your record." Cheating is more widespread than you might think in the world. ON a free sight like this, let's have some fun. Scrwing up my online life? Thanks for the tip, pal, but I couldn't care less about your opinion anyway. every person who reads this will have my measure. I dont know what that means from a guy from San Fran except maybe I shouldn't drop the soap in the shower....
The cheaters get what they deserve. the fact that they are crowing about cheating makes it even more painful. But let's get over the fact that this is meant to be fun. Yeah, they spoil some of it. But all this BS talk about honor and "sitting at the beer table with real pilots", is overboard. There are no real pilots here. Just wanna bees.
If someone wants to track stats, then someone will figure out how to manipulate the stats. If you don't like it, or pull situational ethics yourself, I'd suggest you go to another site.
I'm having fun, not particularly concerned about my win-loss ratio, and I enjoy meeting people from around the world.
I've said more than enough and the last I'll chime in regardless of any other juvenile remarks to my own comments. |
