I think it would be better to use regular seeding matchups, so the team who does the best in the round-robin goes up against the team that did the worst (out of the four who advance). That is:
SEMIFINALS: T1 vs T4
and
T2 vs T3
This does more to reward great performances by a team in the first phase.
