As the owner of the rights to Blue Max I have consulted an attorney and been advised that, if I wish to keep those rights, I need to defend them. Youplay.it has permission to use BM on this site. Hexcell doesn't. I contacted the owner of the site and requested he not use BM and he basically gave me the finger. y next step will be to find a lawyer in Australia and get a restraining order against him.
For those who know, and those who don't, I have an incurable cancer, multiple myeloma, and have perhaps two years before the dirt nap. I intend to leave BM to my wife and hope she can sell it or possibly reprint it what with the centennial of WWI coming up. The lawyer tells me that might be impossible if I don't defend the IP (intellectual property) rights. So I shall do so to the best of my ability.

http://www.hexcellgames.com I think it is pretty cool. The graphics are awesome. You get to chose your plane color. It has a campaign option. The one thing this site needs is more players. It may seem cumbersome at first to players that are used to youplay.it Bluemax but the more you play the better it gets. Check it out you may like it.
