Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are two characters in Shakespeare's Hamlet. The movie re-tells the story from their existentialist and surreal point of view.
A great film, and being a bit of a student of existentionalism (Nietzche in particular) I found it hilarious. Thanks for the reminder Neko, I just ordered it for a rewatch
