Message text In game # 488440, the "Lake Erie" scenario, I out-scored my opponent 12-9, yet he got the victory.
This occurs also in the Pirate scenarios, where, as the French, you can out score your opponent and lose if your ship strikes.
So, I have a question, are victories awarded on the basis of points scored? Or are they awarded to the last ship floating? 
If it is the latter, the please publish this in the rules section as well as in the Forum so we can know up front what we are getting into.
