That's actually an older scenario. The halbs hold up pretty well. They are more nimble than the brit fits and get 0 hex shots in once in a while. They can also out last the brits and track down the gliders to win in the long run.

They may be more nimble, but according to the scenario statistics, the Halbs get their butts handed to them pretty routinely. I don't think the nimbleness (which is slight) outweighs the lack of stability A.
