It seems fairly unbalanced to me,(oxymoron! ). What if there were Three Hab.'s? Would that just overscale it again in favor of the Luftwaffe?

That's actually an older scenario. The halbs hold up pretty well. They are more nimble than the brit fits and get 0 hex shots in once in a while. They can also out last the brits and track down the gliders to win in the long run.
