Hi, I have another question: Game 482059, my opponent surrendered without loosing a single ship (weirdo!).
Why is this not a win for me?

Win or loose is determined by points in WSIM. So both of you have no point, hence no winner.
If an opponent surrenders, it means THEY HAVE ELECTED TO LOSE THE BATTLE! It can mean nothing else. It does not matter what the score is at the time of the surrender. I could be winning 154-0, but is I elect to surrender, I should get a loss and my opponent the win.
