Message text On that score, an easy way to do that without mucking up the balance would be to add a 74-gun third-rater (8 gunnery points per side 2nd SOL, eg. Leviathan, Monarca), with average crew to each fleet.
Could also be an opportunity to add a couple more famous ships to the game: Bahama, Bellerophon, Achille, etc.
