By the time he has finished the leagues and games he has joined he will have played nearly as many games as I have in almost a year.
I don't think that the major worry is how long he remains but how long it will be before he gets OCD and carpel tunnel syndrome (RSD).
Trouble is with us new boys, we are too eager to play a game we love to play on the dining room table. It is a treasure trove to find new willing plyers who never seem to sleep - ksnake - so you start off with far more games than you realise. I did the same thing again a couple of weeks ago and flew really badly in three leagues and was properly punished for it.
So yes, a restriction until newbys get a feel for the site would be an idea - perhaps until 100 games is reached only one league at a time.
