There are (a few) players on this website who are able to handle 100 games at the same time, and you seem to have weighed the time commitment necessary, that is good.

I think the initial post was more about setting up a general rule to prevent people from joining a lot of leagues without knowing what they are doing really, than about you specifically. In fact, the message topic signals it as a possible bug in the league rookie restriction.

There is no bug, maybe just a rule to be made more strict.
