Sorry, I thought by the way you were talking you lived in Siena.
I have no idea which Police force it was - I think it was the Shire Police as I also saw the same vehicles elsewhere.
Not to worry, next time I'm in Tuscany I'll have to take the image myself - though that may be some while away.
