My only suggestion would be that seniority should be the percentage of games won against games played. Otherwise skilful players who have only played a few hundred games could be excluded because they are not deemed worthy because they either have a life a job or simply are just not as old as some of the people on this site.
Before you say it, I don't think I'm skilful, but I have met new players who are and who will be aces and should be considered such before they've won 1000 games.
