Actually league rules say:
For each side 1 point is awarded if there is a player who scored 15% more points of all his mate.
so no possibility of awarding any player if they both score the same - I understand this way
... and I'd say that ALL here actually stands for EVERY OF

I read it yesterday and totally missed the 15%. I skimmed down to the examples at the bottom, saw the Best Player gets 1 more point, looked up and saw something completely different than what is there now. My brain is a funny thing.
