I have a scenario where I have a bucket load of fuel (and more than enough ammunition) against an opponent who is out of fuel and miles from home. At least one opponent of mine has inacted a mercy protocol (so for karma's sake I will do the same), but generally speaking what do players think of employing a mercy protocol?
Granting Mercy is not an official protocol in youplay.it
1. It is a game, and employing point system. Letting an engine-blowed enemy go away means lose of marks. Especially in league I know players tends to be 'rational' rather then Mercy
2. Some people here employ the famous quote 'mercy to your enemy = means to yourself', so no mercy.
On another side of the coin.
1. Mercy to honorable foes (like Clangador) = respect. 2. Mercy to newbie = encouragement and shown of mentoring 3. Mercy to unknown = show friendship.
The way how you interpret and do the act of Mercy is a reflection of your belief in this gaming system.
Final words.
Welcome to youplay.it Enjoy both Mercy/without Mercy fun
