If you are silly enough to get caught in the middle of empty sky with no fuel, he deserves what he gets
On some occasions, against honourable foes, I may grant mercy. It is always your call.
The guy who showed me mercy asked if he'd knocked out my engine. When I told him I had, he let me go. I reckon that's fair enough.
With the current game, he is in a Spad XIII and mine was a Pfalz DXII. Given I have a fair amount of fuel left, I can only presume I gave him a fuel tank hit that may have bled him. So I'm not sure if it is exactly the same as the above.
