You may be correct about imdog, but you are incorrect in your belief that YouPlayIt is a place to express yourself without retribution. This is not a site for freedom of expression but for the enjoyment of virtual boardgames. Trying to force "freedom of speech" in a place where it really does not apply undermines any effort to eliminate the double standard that it clearly obvious here. Purposely trying to agitate people just to try and get your point across is just a misguided tactic and serves no one, including yourself and your own agenda.
Posting within context is one thing - which is why the GR post was not offensive - but the thread you started 3 days ago had no point nor business here.
I take great offense to the double standard that exists here, and the fact that imdog was chosen as the Moderator despite his tactics of forcing the acceptance of the double standard was quite saddening. I did not complain about it because I consider Nick to be a good guy and hoped that he knew what he was getting in a Forum moderator, but the first instance of Forum moderation has shown that my doubts of fair moderation were correct. |
