There has been much debate regarding the entire free speech issue, and good points have been made on both sides. Others, including myself, have argued for just ignoring these problem causers while others argue to not play games with these players. Unfortunately, that cannot be prevented with the system we have.

There are many here who create tournaments and such to enrich the experience. We are now concluding a squadron league that really got interesting as the end drew near. People like Lord Loquaix and others we all know, continue to make the game fun and enjoyable, by organizing events. These events are what has, for me, given the game longevity.

When you purposely name yourself Adolph Hister, George Rockwell, or jeffrey Dahmner, all aliases from who I believe is a single person, you aren't coming to our beloved little site to enrich the site. Rather, you are coming here to stir trouble, get a rise out of people, cause ill will, and suck the fun/life out of the site.

Many forums would easily determine that names such as these are not appropriate, and as such, these users would be banned - its really just that simple. I believe Nick has tried to be patient, but at some point it may be necessary to take additional steps.

I have argued for blocking IP addresses when a player has gone "over the line" as established by Nick. I still maintain this is the best solution to address those who seek to take away from this site.
