Though I don't know u personally, (and we just played for 4 games, 1 still active) I respect to your words and decision.
I have been online for more then 10 yrs, see many flame war and particpate into many. From my personal experience, people starts war because of one fundamental reason: They forgot their sole/soul purpose to be online.
For me, the one and ONLY reason I go online is for Love, Truth and FUN. Other than that, all is 'other thing', sometime I forgot my purpose of online temporarily but luckily everytime I back to the right track shortly.
Here in YPI is just for FUN, if my action defeat/alter this purpose, I would just let it go. I don't know other's user/pilot/ace experience, but my 3+ yrs here proof the above sentence.
I have personal contacted with the Webmaster several times about different topics, about half of them is the usage of the Forum. I won't go into details of our disucssion. But here is what my understanding and explanation:
1. Why no moderator?
Forum is a place for freedom speech, so no 'active' screening.
2. Does it means I can say "anything"?
No, any personal/society/religious flame may be deleted by Webmaster without any notification.
3. I hate that guys because of xxx , why not ban him from say anything or simply remove him?
Webmaster is kind enough to offer numerous chances for a given user, and also even if we ban/delete a user, there is no way to prevent they coming back with other names. Let the rest of the world change him, we don't need to do the job. Why? a. we are no teachers; b. we have no times 
4. If I really want to contribute to Youplay.it, how can I do it?
a. write webmaster letters/ express in forum about your opinion.
b. donation
c. Join game and have fun here.
