Your radio man is prob sitting on a ship and you only need one radio man. He is used for all nationalities so never get more than one. I'll be looking for you.
well i will look just to be certain...buy my radio operator was level 8 and i have no level 8 crewman on any ship
none of my national sailors are under level 20 and i have only two others who are above level 2...they are levels 14 and 16...saving them for a Japanese ship
i had two radio operators and they have both vanished
