It is and we have even developed some good rivalries .... generally towards the pilot who last won, or who has their name on the trophy the most. or both I believe Dibbs is always the 37 plane with the target on it
We played the board game this way too. We would all randomly draw a plane and then go at it. I always felt cheated when I drew the neuport 17.(although we allowed for the later model with an extra lewis gun mounted on it)
