Why would the games be 3x3? Seems kind of silly for a _Squadron_ Tournament.


For our games, I give the notice and the first 3,4, or 5 that sign up play. I would REALLY ARGUE to keep it simple and not worry about flights. If you make the next tournament 3 x 3 games, you will have a less forfeits as such. The records will actually mean something. I wouldn't worry about too many stats. Just set the rules and get the thing going. I'd do another roll count to make sure everyone is on the same page.
