This has been suggested, and it's something I've even considered myself.....
With the games only being 3 v 3, should squadrons be allowed to enter more than one team? A bit like having an 'A' Flight and a 'B' Flight.

We discussed he same thing among our own squadron members. We'd be good for 2 flights.
Some squadrons easily have enough for 3 or 4. Perhaps we can set a deadline for single squadron teams. Then after the deadline allow squadrons to spilt once (create a flight B) to fill the rest of the slots. If we're still short then squadrons with enough members can split again, creating a flight C.
