The only possibility would seem to be if the planes "share" the same hex and the enemy plane is going faster than the 2 seater and ends up pointed at the 6 o'clock position. Is this how the observer gets a zero range shot?
It might make sense if/when altitude rules are introduced. In that case, the observer might shoot at a plane in the same hex and at a higher altitude, for example.
Right now it cannot happen, of course. |
