Naval Action looks really pretty, but is it Strategic at all, or is it just sailing your boat around and yelling Fire!? I'd like a good strategic simulation but that's probably only available in a single person game.
Word of Warships is a blow em up type of game. You are captain of a single ship of your team of 15 ships. Lots of options to outfit your ship, and if you can act as a team with the rest of your squadron, you should do well.
Keep the graphics settings on Low, and you should do fine with it. Its from the same people that brought us World of Tanks, which I still have a mild addiction to.
In both WoW and WoT the most fun for me is team play. Was in a clan for a while, top 100 in fact, but like most of those clans, it broke up and I ran out of time anyways. Nothing like an organized rush of Heavy and Medium tanks with a good caller on TeamSpeak.
I'm ElectroZman online. Look me up and lets team up together.

Electro,
Being over 150 hours into the game, “Naval Action,” I can tell you it is the best game I have ever played; and I have played a few in my 14 years in Entertainment Software.
The game is realistic and many-faceted:
The game has the Battles - each player controls one Ship in real-time, tactical battles; which can be one-on-one or thousands-on-thousands, if enough players show up! Beautiful graphics and great physics; this part is portrayed well in MANY YouTube postings.
There is also a player controlled economy - many Resources are available to buy, trade, sell, transport and use to build Ships and other Materials.

In the MANY Ports, players may set up shop by buying an Outpost. In each Outpost one can construct Buildings such as Shipyards for Crafting Ships, or Mines for extracting Resources at “dirt” cheap prices.
There are Admiralty Missions to perform - for the Brits that means hunting down rogue pirates.
There are Nations - Britain, France, Spain, USA, Norway, Sweden, Holland, Neutrals and the scum of the earth, Pirates! (Each player chooses which Nation to belong to).
Within the Nations, players can band together to form Clans.
Nations can attack each other through Port Battles, with the winner gaining control of said Port.
One can level up in rank via Battles, but one can also level up on a separate “Crafting” ladder: At each level new Ship Blue Prints become available, as well as bonus (secret) ones if you get lucky while Crafting Ships of quality.
