Message text Hello, I am very new to You Play It, and very enthusiatic to play Blue max.
I played a game where my plane lost it's engine, and I started making my way for home, convinced that the big bad Bristol (the only other plane left in the game) would surely chew me up with his rear gun, he gave chase, but tooooo slowly. I came to the conclusion that he too had lost his engine.
I chose to leave the board, tis better to live to fight another day. He got the win for the battle. And we both survived.
The question is, would you have left? Would you have risked giving chase while being shot up by the observer? Or would just stalling long enough that he left the game first have scored me a win?
I don't really know how a winner is chosen. Neither of us had a rear guns, and both of us were gliding. Then is it worth giving chase?
Thanks,
