Message text Well that does explain this situation. 16 cards in a row before the next hat? Impossible!

Jeeze, when you roll a die 6 times, there is the exact same probability (assuming perfect randomness) that the outcome will be 123456, 666666, 111222, 314314, or 26321. The computer's random generator may not be perfect, but it models the throw of a die. Dice don't have memories. They don't know that they can't make a pattern. Every roll starts over with the same chance of hitting any one of the six numbers. |
