OK let's rewrite my question as simple as possible:
Some planes can do 1S1 or 1L1 or 1R1 after 27S2, 28R2 or 28L2, some others can't. Which one and why?
Example: The Alb. DV can, the Alb. DIII cannot.
The 1x1 are the one I called "stall".
The 27S2, 28x2 are the "half loop".
