The bug is that the rules on this site doesn't have "non-repeatable", all bracketed maneuvers are called "stalls". That's what caused the missunderstanding from the start...
That's quite right, but it happens just in the "Blue Max in a nutshell" rules page. The full rules states that stalls are just maneuvers with number "1".
