Several restricted maneuvers are not stalls, however. Those maneuvers can be repeated, or you can do a stall on the following turn (unless the maneuver was speed 3).
Sorry katten, but you're getting something wrong here. You need to distinguish between:
non-repeatable manoeuvres: All those in [brackets], regardless of models. You cannot perform two "bracketed" manoeuvres in a row.
e.g. [1S1], [1L1], [1R1], [31L2], [28R2].
restricted maneouvres: All those whose code (the first number) is bigger than 26.
e.g. 27S2, [36L3]. You can do a restricted manoeuvre:
1) after performing a 2S1/2, 3S2/3, 4S3 or 5S4
2) you can repeat exactly the same restricted manoeuvre as long as you like (unless it's "bracketed", see above).
e.g.:
4S3, 27S2, 27S2, 27S2...
stalls: only [1S1], [1L1] and [1R1]. Opponents get a big bonus when shooting at you ("stall is not your friend"). The other "bracketed" moves are
NOT stalls.
