Sarmata has created 1 BM league and signed up for 9 other pending leagues.
Sarmata profile claimed he/she joined less than 8 days ago.

This is the current loophole. As u said, he has 1 started league and 9 "waiting " league. The current setting is 2 "active" league per new user. And not two joined league. Let me talked to dusty about it.
