So, none of the cited so called attrocities are granted EP patents... But that how misinformation goes...


Since I don't know a thing about all this I'm curious to hear everyone's opinions. By inspecting the patents cited in this link

it seems that about 90% of this patents have already been granted in the US, and it seems fairly ridiculuous to me that I can be disallowed by someone to (e.g.) use tabs in my website, or sell things over the internet, because there is a patent on it.

Now is this too false/incorrect? Or do you think those same patents are not going to be granted here in the EU?
