Depends on the Squadron chap.
The one I belong to has its own website and we hold intra-squadron tournaments as well as sometimes having inter-squadron challenges.
We are also play testing (or about to start) a new campaign system for squadrons that if successful may lead on to bigger and better things.
There's always space in Airbourne Anarchy if you want to join a Squadron.
