Invincible aimed at Diademe's Hull, Hdt:-1 (Guns:-2,Crew:2,CrewLoss:-1) unable to fire.

so let look at what happened. Range was eight, so carronades are out so 7 gun range 8 gives -2 for guns. +2 for crew quality -1 for missing a crew line gives invincible a -1 can not fire.
