Message text my suggestion is: if someone leaves the game without honour ( no fuel or no engine or forced manouver by chit) ... but only because of damages he doesn't want to risk to get killed ... then he shouldn't be the winner of the game even if he has more points.
in terms of system : you cannot win if you have engine or more than 3 of fuel.
i say that because some pals get a couple of lucky shots and run away like rabbits |
