I hear that. It's amazing how much we rely on technology these days. Our cable modem died recently, after several weeks of bad service. Our provider didn't even mention the possibility of it going bad and scheduled a repair call a week in the future. Their attitude was like, no internet for a week? OK, no big deal. And this was after outages for several weeks. So I exchanged the modem for a new one and it works fine. Trust no one. Especially the guy who says it's probably not the modem... it's the service.
Anyway, good luck with that. I hate computer problems. And I'm a programmer! |
