I have always found ksnake the true gentleman and in my experience in a non-league game he will not shoot down a plane without an engine.
I have always returned that favour when I know his engine has been knocked out. I also try and apply this rule myself when playing against other players in friendlies but must admit that I play almost exclusively league games these days.
Of course in a league game then all gloves are off
