It looks to be a scoring BUG. You got zero points for Ville de Paris. Then, because the computer thought the game was 0-0, both players are given a loss whne your opponent surrendered.
Absolutely RIDCULOUS!!!

These bugs need to be addressed as they have been known for many moons now.
