What was the game numbers? Can you provide the links? Maybe we can spot a reason why he needs to chicken out.

He needs to chicken out because he is an incredibly bad player without sense for fair play.

I don't mind surrendering when a game is lost, however since the scoring here is flawed (still!), it would be nice if an opponent would acknowledge defeat.

... still pondering about that dcr-thing of yours...
