Yes, you can score points off of the ship by firing on it UNLESS you or someone else in your coalition have/has already scored a set of points off of the ship in question. If you hover the mouse over the ship, you will see if it has been "struck" by you or some other player. If it has been struck, then no additional points can be scored. If not struck, then you may collect points by firing on the hulk until you acheive one of the "surrender" requirements, be it guns, hull or raking the hull of a riggingless ship. |
