Turn 11, it made my observer shoot at a plane 3 hexes distant-- for no chance at a hit, when there is a target (shooting at me) 2 hexes distant. The table gives a 1pt shot if I went at this one and it's -4 or so with the 3 hex shot.
Why?
Yeah, that looks like a bug there. Certainly, that wasn't the best shot option.
